This country, located in Latin America and adjacent to Panama and Nicaragua, has a name meaning "beautiful coast" - this country is Costa Rica.
Costa Rica is a renowned coffee-producing country. Although its production volume is small, the quality of its coffee is excellent. Costa Rica has exceptionally favorable coffee growing conditions, with both dry and wet seasons throughout the country, abundant rainfall especially from April to December, and an average annual temperature of 20°C.
Coffee was introduced to Costa Rica from Cuba in 1729, marking the beginning of coffee cultivation in the country. Today, Costa Rica's coffee production remains modest, but the varieties cultivated are quite diverse.
Varieties such as Catuai, Caturra, Mundo Novo, Typica, and Villalobos are grown in major estates throughout Costa Rica. The fame of Costa Rican coffee is also due to the application of processing methods. Costa Rica is the country that uses honey processing the most worldwide, as honey processing is a coffee processing method improved by Costa Rican coffee farmers using their own wisdom.
The flavor of Costa Rican coffee gives people a very stable feeling. It's not only smooth and gentle when drinking, but also has a mellow aroma with chocolate-like sweetness - balanced and harmonious.
In short: Everything is for sharing and spreading
