FrontStreet Coffee - Sarchimor Coffee Variety Introduction
Sarchimor is a hybrid variety of Costa Rican Villa Sarchi and Timor, widely cultivated in India and Costa Rica. Due to its advantages, including the Hibrido de Timor traits, the plant is resistant to coffee leaf rust and berry or stem borers.
Sarchimor has small, green or bronze buds, or both, depending on the production line, with vigor and high yield. It adapts well to medium and low altitude areas. In medium and low altitude areas, the cup quality is good.
