Brewing Instructions
V60 dripper, Grind: BG-6S, Recommended extraction powder-to-water ratio: 1:15-1:18 (concentration can be adjusted according to your taste)
Use 30g of water for 30s pre-infusion, start timing when water injection begins. For the second pour, continue until reaching 125g, wait for the water level to drop until the coffee bed is about to be exposed, then perform the third pour until reaching 225g and stop.
