Brewing Instructions

V60 dripper, Grind: BG-6S, recommended coffee-to-water ratio: 1:15-1:18 (adjust the strength to your own taste).

Bloom with 30g of water for 30s, starting the timer as you begin pouring. For the second pour, bring the scale up to 125g, then wait for the water level to drop until the coffee bed is nearly exposed before the third pour, taking it to 225g and stopping. Once the level drops and the bed is about to break the surface again, remove the dripper. Extraction time: 2:00.
