Ninety Plus literally translates to "ninety plus" or "90 points and above." Friends outside the industry might not understand this - some might think scoring over 90 points isn't impressive. However, once you understand the rules of Cupping, you'll think differently. With a strict deduction system covering over ten criteria, maintaining 90 points is as difficult as writing ten perfect 10-point essays and ending with a score over 90. For coffee enthusiasts, coffee beans scoring above 90 points mean they're close to perfection.

These coffees come exclusively from Ninety Plus Coffee, an American coffee creator. All are heirloom ancient varieties from Ethiopia, cultivated in ecological environments and processed under artistic standards to optimize flavor. Because of this, since the company's founding in 2006, 13 coffee varieties have become one of the world's richest premium coffee series, with flavor variety and quality far surpassing other expensive coffees, becoming prized selections for coffee experts and competition contestants.

Danqi natural process has a heavier fermentation degree than Zhuman and Huayu, so it immediately presents a rich and lasting natural wine aroma. Following this are mature nectarines and Sanhua plums with fruity notes and rich sweetness. As the temperature decreases, interesting chocolate cookie flavors emerge, with the wine essence running through the entire tasting process.
