The Red Label Geisha comes from Panama's celebrated Esmeralda Estate, located in Boquete, the country's premier coffee-growing region. Esmeralda Special is a rare, award-winning estate auction coffee. Its opening shows oolong tea fragrance, peach aroma, and honeyed notes — fresh and comforting, bright yet balanced, with an exceptionally strong sense of aromatic layering. The whole bouquet is bound together with caramel sweetness, and on the palate the tongue meets distinct fruit acidity that softens into a gentle roundness in the mouth.

The fruit sweetness and aftertaste are intense, like drinking a mouthful of fresh fruit tea — refreshing straight to the heart. The lower the temperature falls, the more delicate the acidity becomes.

Esmeralda's Geisha is divided into Red, Green, and Blue Labels:

Red Label (Special-Geisha): The finest batches from Esmeralda Estate, all grown at altitudes above 1,600 meters (some above 1,900 meters), with cupping scores of 90 points or above;

Green Label (Private Collection-Geisha): A blend of Geisha from different plots across Esmeralda's farms, grown at altitudes between 1,600-1,800 meters;

Blue Label (Geisha 1500): A blend of Geisha from various Esmeralda estates, grown at altitudes above 1,400 meters;

As a premium brand, the Esmeralda Red Label has three defining characteristics:

1. Strong traceability: Each batch can be traced back to its picking date, its specific plot, and even the age of the trees there; the Green and Blue Labels, by contrast, are blends of Geisha from multiple plots;

2. Highest altitude: Every batch is grown above 1,600 meters, with some above 1,900 meters;

3. Highest cupping scores: Only batches scoring 90 points or above (SCAA standard) may carry the Red Label;
