Colombian coffee (Café de Colombia) originates from Colombia and is one of the few single-origin coffees sold worldwide under a country's name. In terms of quality, it has received acclaim that other coffees cannot match. Compared to other producing countries, Colombia is more concerned with product development and production promotion. This, combined with its superior geographical and climatic conditions, makes Colombian coffee high-quality, delicious, and renowned globally.
After roasting, the coffee beans release a sweet fragrance, characterized by quality traits of sweetness within acidity and balanced bitterness. Due to its appropriate concentration, it is often used in premium coffee blends. Colombian coffee exudes a light and elegant aroma, not as strong as Brazilian coffee, nor as acidic as African coffee, but rather a sweet, light fragrance that is understated and elegant.
Colombia is the world's second-largest coffee exporter, accounting for approximately 15% of global production. All are Arabica varieties, processed using the washed method. Colombian coffee beans are of excellent quality, with rich aroma, smooth taste, and good balance. When brewed, the coffee has a color as clear and transparent as emerald jade, which is why Colombian coffee has another beautiful name: "Emerald Coffee."
Jamaica is one of the island nations in the Caribbean Sea, and the Blue Mountains are the longest mountain range on the island. In Jamaica, coffee is grown at various altitudes, but above 2,000 meters, nothing is cultivated as it's a forest reserve that preserves the island's natural beauty. However, you might encounter low mountain coffee beans grown between 450 and 900 meters above sea level, called Jamaica Low Mountain and Jamaica Supreme. Neither of these is considered Blue Mountain coffee, nor are they protected by designation.

Bitterness: Refreshing taste, no bitterness.
Aroma: Fragrant herbal and floral notes with nutty flavors.
