Colombian Coffee (Café de Colombia) originates from Colombia and is one of the few single-origin coffees sold internationally under a country's name. It has received acclaim unmatched by other coffees in terms of quality. Compared to other producing countries, Colombia shows greater concern for product development and production promotion. This, combined with its superior geographical and climatic conditions, makes Colombian coffee exceptional in quality and flavor, renowned worldwide. After roasting, the coffee beans release a sweet fragrance, characterized by acidity with sweetness and balanced bitterness. Due to its appropriate concentration, it's often used in premium coffee blends. Colombian coffee emits a subtle and elegant aroma—not as strong as Brazilian coffee, nor as acidic as African coffee, but a sweet, delicate fragrance that is understated and refined.

Coffee, flowers, gold, and emeralds are known as Colombia's "four treasures." As the second-largest coffee producer after Brazil, Colombia is the world's largest exporter of Arabica coffee beans and the largest exporter of washed coffee beans. Colombian coffee is often described as having a silky smooth texture. Among all coffees, it has the best balance, with a mellow, smooth taste that can be enjoyed anytime. Brewing Instructions

1. Grinding: Generally, choose 15g of coffee beans.

2. Coffee ratio: Typically, the coffee ratio is 15g coffee grounds + 15 times 92°C water, but beginners might use a slightly different approach: 13g coffee grounds + 200g water. Choose water temperature based on the bean's roast level—for light roasts use 91°C water, for dark roasts use 90°C.

Pouring Method

1. Pour water in stages: Don't pour all at once like a flood. Maintain 50g of water each time and let it bloom for 10 seconds, completing 200g in exactly 4 pours.

2. Pouring direction: Pour in the same direction, drawing circles the size of a coin, otherwise the flavor will be inconsistent in strength.

3. Serving: Pour into your cup.
