No longer using traditional processing methods [Washed, Honey, Natural] as indicators, they instead use flavor notes, revolutionizing the understanding of processing methods. They use W2, H2, and N2 as codes, where W2 represents flavors close to washed processing, H2 represents flavors close to honey processing, and N2 represents flavors close to natural processing. They've also established a unique grading system that categorizes each green bean according to its flavor and yield.
