Kenyan coffee beans are primarily processed using the washed method. Even more commendable is Kenya's special processing method: the "double-washed" method. Since Kenyan coffee belongs to the flavor-profile category, medium-light roasting is typically used to highlight its floral and fruit aromas and acidity, with dark roasting being less common.
