Dry aroma is distinct with pleasant sweet fragrance. Coffee aroma is less obvious than dry aroma but relatively fresh, with faint floral notes detectable. Sugarcane flavor is quite prominent in taste, not much bitterness, relatively clean flavor. However, it lacks richness, overall body is moderate. Good aftertaste with noticeable sweetness, relatively long finish.
Overall, Colombia's bright acidity performance is present, but flavor richness is somewhat lacking. Perhaps due to recent roasting, the beans are still in the degassing stage.
