Introduction to Yunnan Huaguoshan Coffee Region Flavor
Yunnan coffee production accounts for 1% of global coffee production. Yunnan small-grain coffee was introduced by missionaries a hundred years ago. Currently, 71 countries worldwide produce coffee, of which 5% have relatively good quality. Yunnan Baoshan small-grain coffee is grown at altitudes between 1000-1500 meters, with excellent climate conditions, belonging to one of the world's best 5% quality coffees. The largest coffee-consuming Western countries do not produce coffee. Both Starbucks and Nestlé source coffee from Yunnan, using regular-grade coffee beans. Yunnan coffee quality belongs to one of the world's best coffee varieties.
Baoshan coffee generally refers to coffee produced in Baoshan City, but mainly concentrated in the Nujiang River valley area of Lujiangba in Longyang District, distributed along the south bank of the Nujiang River, extending north to Liuku Town in Nujiang Prefecture. This area is located between 98°25′~100°02′ east longitude and 24°08′~25°51′ north latitude, distributed along the south bank of the Nujiang River, backed by the Gaoligong Mountains. The climate features both subtropical monsoon climate and dry-hot valley climate, with significant topographic variations ranging from 400-meter basins to 3000-meter mountainous areas, creating a distinctive vertical climate pattern. Dry and wet seasons are quite distinct, with rainy summers and dry winters. As of 2015, Baoshan coffee covered 180,000 mu with an output of 28,000 tons.

Flavor Profile
The overall taste is quite full-bodied and balanced, with herbal plant flavors, nuts, cream, cocoa, orange, smoky notes, brown sugar, and American ginseng flavors, also with a faint black tea sensation.
