The Origin Story of Organic Coffee Beans
Meticulously Hand-Selected 100% High-Altitude Coffee Beans
In the world of coffee, the higher the altitude, the better the coffee quality. Currently, many coffee beans on the market marketed as Arabica are not actually from high altitudes.
Organic coffee, however, belongs to the pure Arabica variety, grown at high altitudes. Every single coffee bean is hand-picked and carefully nurtured. To avoid cross-contamination, we insist on producing only organic coffee, complemented by over thirty years of professional roasting experience, creating a stable quality that everyone can enjoy with peace of mind.
Using Food Chains to Combat Pests - Insisting on No Pesticides
No pesticides are used; instead, the principle of food chains is utilized to achieve a pest-free environment for coffee beans. To prevent a pest called Broca, organic coffee requires cultivating a type of wasp to suppress the pests and successfully solve the disease and pest problems of organic coffee beans. Therefore, the resulting coffee beans are relatively complete and beautiful!
French Roast
French Roast originates from New Orleans, where roasters often use pans to roast coffee beans because the resulting coffee flavor is most complete and intense!
French Roast is Cafe Altura's heaviest roast degree coffee, using the best Arabica variety coffee beans, with green beans originating from the Sierra Madre mountains of Chiapas, Mexico.
Although it's the heaviest roast, there isn't a hint of unpleasant bitterness. Our French Roast coffee beans present a very rich dark brown color with sparkling natural oils. We roast very carefully to avoid the burnt and bitter tastes caused by over-roasting. It has rich layers when drunk, without acidity, and the sweet taste of coffee as it enters the throat will remain there, then the entire mouth begins to fill with rich milky aroma all the way to the nasal cavity. In this cool winter approaching season, drinking a cup of French Roast organic coffee makes the whole person calm down~~
