How to Make Coffee Enema Solution?
1. Make It Yourself
Use light to medium roast organic coffee beans:
Ingredients:
- 10g organic coffee beans (approximately 1 full coffee scoop, or about 2 level tablespoons), freshly ground and ready to use.
- 500ml purified water
- Measuring cup
Instructions:
After the water boils, add the coffee grounds and simmer for about 3 minutes, then turn off the heat. Let it steep for 15 minutes, then filter through coffee filter paper.
Wait until the coffee temperature drops to body temperature before use. You can additionally add organic chamomile tea solution.
2. Purchase Ready-Made
Capacity: 155ml
Ingredients: Organic coffee, Suruga Bay 687-meter deep ocean water, lactobacillus culture products, oligosaccharides, sea salt.
Usage Instructions:
Heat 400ml purified water to 40°C, then add the coffee concentrate to reach 36.5°C before use.
Pour the coffee solution into a measuring cup, then pour it into the enema bag.
