Among the various producing countries in Central America, El Salvador is the smallest country in terms of land area. Although its production volume is much lower compared to other countries, the Pacific sea breeze and volcanic environment provide unique advantages for growing Salvadoran coffee beans and diverse flavor profiles. Many excellent coffee varieties originate from El Salvador.
Among the various producing regions in El Salvador, the Santa Ana volcano, with an altitude of 2,381 meters, has advantages in soil quality and cultivation height. The nutrient-rich volcanic ash provides abundant nutrients to the local soil, making Santa Ana still recognized as one of El Salvador's best producing regions to this day.
El Salvador Coffee Beans: Finca Buenas Vista Black Beauty Natural
Varieties: Pacamara, Bourbon, Caturra
Coffee lovers who appreciate high CP value, we strongly recommend this Black Beauty Natural. It's a wonderful combination of 15% Pacamara + Bourbon + Caturra.
This coffee comes from Turin, Ahuachapan in El Salvador, located along the shores of a national volcanic lake. Grown along the volcanic line in this old estate, which features Pacamara, Bourbon, and Caturra varieties. The estate owner combines approximately 15% of the plump Pacamara with the national treasure Bourbon's sweet honey-like sensation, adding the full-bodied texture of Caturra. In El Salvador's standard hot tropical climate, these beans receive a full sunbath rich in ultraviolet rays during the harvest season. Truly, El Salvador is perfectly suited for producing natural process beans.
Ahuachapan Laguna Llano El Espino can be considered an important tourist volcanic lake in El Salvador. While the airport location experiences extremely hot sunshine at ground level, driving up into the mountains to this area brings natural volcanic lake regulation and moisture from the Pacific Ocean, making the climate here cool and comfortable. The soil consists of red soil and volcanic soil, nourishing the land. The area features various original forest landscapes, so many North American migratory birds come here to rest. Due to the thriving ecosystem, the lake also contains many fish and shellfish. One can imagine that in such fertile land, coffee beans grow plump and full of flavor :)
Surrounded by volcanoes, there are several geothermal power plants using sulfur mines along the lake. Many people who visit here feel it's truly a fertile land with a wonderful ecosystem.
