Brewing Recommendations
For pour-over Yirgacheffe: Use 15g of coffee grounds with medium-fine grinding (Fuji Rokou grinder setting 3.5), V60 filter cup, and water temperature of 91-93°C. First, pour 30g of water and let it bloom for 27 seconds. Continue pouring to 105g, then pause until the water level drops to half before resuming. Slowly pour until reaching 225g total water weight, avoiding the tail end. Water-to-coffee ratio: 1:15. Total extraction time: 2:00.
