Rapid Growth in 3-in-1 Instant Coffee Production

From 20 million in sales in 2009 to breaking 100 million for the first time in 2012, Yunnan Coffee Factory achieved rapid growth in just four years. While annual sales were only about 50 tons in the early days, the 3-in-1 instant coffee production line launched in 2012 reached annual sales of 1,000 tons, accounting for approximately one-third of all products sold by Yunnan Coffee Factory in 2012. In terms of product categories, Yunnan Coffee Factory now offers over 110 different 3-in-1 instant coffee products.

Strategic Expansion and Market Vision

While maintaining roasted coffee production capacity at 2,000 tons, Yunnan Coffee Factory launched the construction of a new 3-in-1 instant coffee production line in 2013, targeting an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons. This sends a strong signal that Yunnan Coffee Factory will focus primarily on 3-in-1 instant coffee in the coming years. This strategy is confirmed by Li Sijun's assessment of the market consumption structure. Li Sijun stated: "Currently, the domestic coffee consumption market follows a certain trajectory. With the adjustment of product structure, Yunnan Coffee Factory launched the 3-in-1 instant coffee production line project at the beginning of 2013, expanding 3-in-1 instant coffee production capacity tenfold, and plans to use this to enter the national instant coffee market."

Yunnan Coffee Factory began investing in instant coffee production starting in May 2010, primarily focusing on instant coffee products.
