Longboard Estate may not be particularly well-known in Panama, but that doesn't mean their coffee is inferior. Longboard Estate is located in the renowned Jaramillo region of Panama's Boquete growing area. An interesting aspect is that the entire estate follows biodynamic principles - from other crops, soil, tree distribution, water resources, animals to the placement of natural fertilizers, everything is rationally designed and utilized based on the original natural foundation. Like a top-tier wine estate, everything is done with the hope of one day producing a 100-point cup of coffee.
Longboard Estate goes against current trends by completely avoiding any special processing methods. Instead, they take the opposite approach, firmly using the most traditional natural processing method for all their coffee. This decision embodies the owner's pride and confidence - if any step in cultivation or processing goes wrong, traditional natural processing can amplify all flaws exponentially.
