Chelan comes from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia and is one of the varieties of Yirgacheffe.

It is grown at an altitude of 2100-2300 meters. The high elevation allows it to receive more sunlight, resulting in fuller, more mature coffee fruits with better flavor!
