Canet is located in the Tarrazu region, the highest altitude area of Costa Rica, and is the most intensive area for local fruit cultivation. The plantation owner primarily grows passion fruit, with coffee production being quite scarce. Coffee is only grown in a specific area, with only ripe red cherry fruits being harvested.

The local geographical environment creates a significant temperature difference between day and night, which is beneficial for coffee cultivation and also imparts unique flavors to the coffee beans.

Rose floral aroma, citrus acidity, berry notes, with a distinct sweetness. When served at slightly lower temperatures, it reveals a rich fermented wine aroma.
