Saint Thuar Estate: Premium Coffee from Colombia's Volcanic Highlands
Saint Thuar Estate is situated in Cauca, Colombia, located in a high-altitude mountainous volcanic region between 1,950-2,100 meters above sea level. Bordering the Pacific Ocean to the west, it boasts a unique microclimate. The coffee trees at Saint Thuar Estate are mostly planted on volcanic slopes, absorbing the essence of volcanic ash soil. Therefore, in addition to being an excellent growing environment for coffee beans, this region is also the cradle that nurtures their distinctive characteristics.
The estate divides its cultivation area into 266 small plots, using scientific analysis methods to study the soil properties and climate conditions of each plot, implementing the most precise quality management. Through strict control at every stage of the green bean processing process, Saint Thuar Estate delivers specialty coffee beans to every customer. The estate owner Camilo is extremely rigorous and attentive to every step.
