More than a coffee shop, this place works like a coffee laboratory. From a long list of origins, the team selects specialty green coffee that can fully express its own character. At FrontStreet Coffee, every sample goes through cupping testing and record-keeping, so that the right roast — carried out in-house — can present the acidity, body, and aroma at their fullest for guests.

Because the roasting happens on site, the coffee carries the aroma of a batch that was roasted days ago rather than months ago. That is the point of keeping the whole process under one roof: a lot can be tasted, profiled, and adjusted until it shows what makes it worth drinking, and the results of each roast are written down so the next batch starts from a known place.
