37 Coffee's roaster and barista, ROLA, is an intellectual who travels to roasting competitions around the country. She's tireless, genuinely focused, and diligent.

ING Z COFFEE

ING Z COFFEE sits on a lawn along Jianshe Dama Road.

Whenever you pass ING Z, you'll always see the lovely owner - Lao Tu - quietly making coffee.

The roasting machine is "hidden" inside the shop, and the aroma of coffee greets you the moment you push the door open.

Before the pandemic, ING Z was always packed during the caffeine-supply peak hours, and cats often lounged on their sides just outside the door.

I have to admit, a neighborhood shop like this has a charm that draws you in.

THE STARS CAFE

THE STARS CAFE is also known as Xingchen Coffee (Star Coffee).

The owner, Brother Sam, is gentle and refined, much like his coffee - gentle, confident, and comfortable.

At Stars Cafe there is only coffee, and they only sell coffee.

The shop holds cupping sessions from time to time.

Some regulars say that every time they visit Stars, they drink several cups in a row and casually buy a few bags of beans before leaving satisfied.

Changtan Coffee

The owners, Lao Cai and his wife, are from Taiwan. Lao Cai holds a medical license and sometimes even holds consultations at the coffee shop.

I heard they recently launched a great coffee - and Lao Cai appeals to everyone to pay more attention to Changtan's coffee than to their ice cream when visiting.

The beans are Colombian La Esperanza Geisha, available in natural, washed, and honey processes.

Each has a beautiful name: the natural is Flower Sipping, the honey process is Flower Nectar, and the washed is Flower Encounter.

Honestly, their signature product beyond coffee deserves a mention: the ice cream.

There are 3 flavors - Angelica, He Shou Wu Sesame, and Turmeric. It is handmade in limited supply, first come, first served.

The ice cream is one of the shop's best sellers, selling out soon after being restocked, after which you wait several days for them to find time to make more.

Take Easy Cafe

Take Easy Cafe specializes in self-roasted French pastries, using carefully selected, handmade ingredients.

It is a not-too-sweet dessert shop run by a husband and wife.

The owner makes the coffee and his wife makes the desserts. They're talkative and lovely, with meticulous service, so even first-time visitors won't feel like strangers.

The space isn't large, but the design is clever and appropriate, creating a very warm atmosphere.

We can't forget the yellow cake in the picture, named Yuzu Basil.

According to the owner, the ingredients include imported Japanese yuzu.

The charming aroma of yuzu, combined with fresh lemon fragrance and their home-grown basil leaves, creates a refreshing taste that is sweet without being greasy.

ChitChat Coffeeship

The owner of ChitChat, MAY, is an extremely warm-hearted person.

The shop faces the Pearl River directly and has a super-large window on the side.

Order a cup of coffee and sit in front of the large window, listening to jazz at a moderate volume and watching the occasional cars pass by,

and you'll have the illusion that time has pressed pause.

Owner MAY is a flower enthusiast who often drives to the flower market to find interesting floral materials to display in the shop.

At first those flowers weren't for sale, but as more and more customers

came in because they saw her flowers and then casually drank a cup of coffee, she was "forced" to sell them later, haha.
