37 Coffee is located in the Panyu Square area. You can find it within less than 5 minutes from the subway station.

This is a self-roasting coffee shop without a boss, featuring the dedication of roasters capturing flavors and the seriousness of baristas during extraction.

37 Coffee's roaster + barista ROLA is an intellectual lady who travels to various roasting competitions across the country. She's tireless, truly focused and diligent!

ING Z COFFEE

Shop 102, No. 1, West Second Street, Jianshe Dama Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou

(On the slope opposite Ping An Bank on Jianshe Dama Road)

Monday to Sunday 08:00-18:30

ING Z COFFEE is located on a lawn along Jianshe Dama Road.

Whenever you pass by ING Z, you'll always see the beautiful owner—Lao Tu—quietly making coffee.

The roasting machine is "hidden" inside the shop, and the aroma of coffee greets you as soon as you push open the door.

Before the pandemic, ING Z was always filled with coffee drinkers during "caffeine supply peak hours," and often there were small kittens lying leisurely on their sides outside the door.

I have to admit, this kind of community coffee shop really has a charm that makes you want to get closer.

THE STARS CAFE

THE STARS CAFE is also known as Xingchen Coffee (Star Coffee).

The owner, Brother Sam, is gentle and refined, just like his coffee—gentle, confident, and comfortable.

In the Stars Cafe, there's only coffee, only sell coffee.

The shop holds cupping sessions from time to time.

Some netizens say that every time they go to Stars, they'll drink several cups in a row and casually buy a few bags of beans before leaving satisfied.

Changtan Coffee

The owners, Lao Cai and his wife, are from Taiwan. Lao Cai has a medical license and sometimes even holds consultations at the coffee shop.

I heard they recently launched a great coffee (Lao Cai appeals to everyone to pay more attention to Changtan's coffee rather than their ice cream when visiting).

The beans are Colombian La Esperanza Geisha, available in natural, washed, and honey processes.

Each has a beautiful name: Natural - Flower Sipping, Honey Process - Flower Nectar, Washed - Flower Encounter.

Actually, I think it's necessary to introduce their signature product besides coffee—ice cream.

There are 3 flavors: Angelica, He Shou Wu Sesame, and Turmeric. Handmade with limited supply, first come first served!

The ice cream is one of the shop's best-selling products, selling out quickly after being stocked, and then you need to wait several days for them to have time to make more.

Take Easy Cafe

No. 1022, Binjiang East Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou

Tuesday to Sunday 10:00-18:30

Take Easy Cafe specializes in self-roasted French pastries, using carefully selected, handcrafted materials.

It's a dessert shop that's not too sweet & a husband-and-wife operation.

The owner is responsible for making coffee, and the owner's wife makes desserts. They're talkative and lovely, with meticulous service, so even first-time visitors won't feel like strangers.

The shop space isn't large, but the design is clever and appropriate, creating a very warm atmosphere.

Can't forget to mention this yellow cake in the picture, named: Yuzu Basil.

According to the owner, the ingredients used are imported Japanese yuzu.

The charming aroma of yuzu, combined with fresh lemon fragrance, plus their home-grown basil leaves, creates a refreshing taste that's sweet but not greasy!

ChitChat Coffeeship

Shop 111, No. 158, Binjiang West Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou

The owner of ChatChat, MAY, is an extremely warm-hearted person.

The shop faces the Pearl River directly and has a super large window on the side.

Order a cup of coffee and sit in front of the large window, listening to jazz music at a moderate volume, watching the occasional cars passing by,

you'll have the illusion that time has pressed pause.

Owner MAY is a "flower" enthusiast who often drives to the flower market to acquire various interesting floral materials to display in the shop.

Initially, those flowers were not for sale, but as more and more customers

entered because they saw her flowers and then casually drank a cup of coffee, she was "forced" to sell them later, haha.
