FrontStreet Coffee - Yirgacheffe Shepherd Washed
Africa's first coffee-producing country is Ethiopia, which is also the birthplace of coffee. The coffee varieties here belong to the Arabica species, and the coffee produced is among the finest in the world. Ethiopian coffees offer extremely diverse flavor profiles, including jasmine, citrus, floral notes, lemon, and even tropical fruit aromas. Their delicate fragrance and sweet flavor have conquered the world.
The earliest legend about coffee originates from the Kaffa province of Ethiopia. The story goes like this: A shepherd was tending his sheep when he heard them bleating excitedly and even jumping around restlessly. The shepherd discovered that the sheep had eaten these red berries, which caused their excited state. So he picked these berries and shared them with people nearby. Later, everyone named this fruit after the name "Kaffa," calling it coffee, which evolved from the word KAFFA.
This Shepherd coffee from Kochere features explosive aromas, with bergamot fruit notes and gardenia floral scents, offering a light and elegant taste.
