Having a partner in Honduras, the owner established three estates here and introduced the hottest variety on the coffee market, Geisha, from Panama. Just three years later, they won the championship and achieved the highest Geisha price in nearly a decade.

The estate is managed by Eleane Mierisch and team, who maintain strict control over coffee quality from seed to cup. During drying, they bring outstanding, high-quality control techniques.

The estate's location, with its microclimate, abundant rainfall, fertile soil, and high altitude, is extremely well suited to growing Geisha coffee.
