Daterra Farm sits at an altitude of over 1,150 meters, with an average temperature of about 25 degrees. Everything it grows is Arabica, and the dry-season harvest window further protects quality. The estate is divided into more than 200 small farms, which are in turn finely partitioned into over 2,800 blocks. Each farm is managed separately, supported by an elaborate management system and equipment—down to satellite positioning that tracks rainfall, temperature, and harvest data in detail.

The estate has also earned multiple international certifications: ISO14001 Environmental Management System; IBD Organic; UTZ Kapeh Good Coffee; and the Rainforest Alliance Sustainable Agriculture Network Seal.
