Batch Flavor Notes:
Sweet and rich mature fruit notes with strawberry, juicy peach, muscat grape, and grape aromas. The initial sipping reveals sweet strawberry yogurt, juicy peach, and blueberry jam, followed by grape juice and Irwin mango. As the flavor cools, the grape juice becomes more distinct, with a finish of bergamot and oolong tea floral notes. Sweet, full-bodied, with strong flavor and complex, varied layers.
Typica Variety
The variety closest to the original species. The beans are slightly elongated, with copper-red leaves, known as Arabigo or Criollo in Central America. It has clean citrus acidity with a sweet aftertaste. Due to low resistance to leaf rust disease, it's difficult to cultivate. The plants have low yield, coupled with a long harvest period (harvesting once every 2 years), resulting in limited production. It's a genetic mutation of Arabica.
