Which Fruity and Aromatic Coffee Beans Taste Best? Kenya PB Plus Premium Coffee with Plum Juice Flavor
Introduction to FrontStreet Coffee - Kenya PB PLUS Washed Coffee
From the mysterious homeland of coffee, the African continent, Kenya's coffee has been cultivated since ancient times and ranks as the second largest export among African nations. Kenya coffee is a washed Arabica variety that not only holds a significant position in the African coffee market but is also considered an irreplaceable treasure among global coffee connoisseurs.
The beans are graded into seven categories based on size, shape, and weight: "PB," "AA," "AB," "C," "TT," "T," and "Buni." The so-called "AA" grade refers to large, excellent beans with a mesh size of 7.2.
Roasted to a degree slightly deeper than light roast but approaching medium roast, these beans exhibit a distinctive personality while achieving balance in flavor. They present a unique fruit flavor reminiscent of fresh, bright black cherries and the aroma of baked cookies, with noticeable acidity similar to wine and fruit vinegar, creating an elegant and delicate sensation that lingers on the palate.
