Brief Introduction to AFCA's TASTE OF HARVEST
AFCA's Taste of Harvest (TOH) project is an annual African specialty coffee competition. During the annual African Specialty Coffee Conference exhibition, regional Africa Flavor Harvest Competitions are held, featuring entries from different AFCA member countries: Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Malawi, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia. This renowned coffee cupping competition aims to select the best origin coffees from the entire coffee value chain, from seed to cup. After the TOH competition, an online auction platform managed by green bean auction companies showcases and promotes coffees with distinct origin characteristics for auction trading.
