Hot on the heels of an unprecedented workplace conflict at ChaYanYueSe, a fresh wave of controversy has erupted. On December 19th, a netizen, Ms. Wu, posted a video on social media claiming she had bought six cups of ChaYanYueSe tea that day. After finishing one, she noticed the cup felt unusually heavy. The store added that it has been trying repeatedly to reach the customer to resolve the issue.
