Indonesia – the "Thousand Island Nation" – is the country with the most islands in the world. With over 17,000 islands of various sizes scattered across the volcanic belt of the equator, it is home to more than 100 active volcanoes and over 300 ethnic groups, possessing an extremely rich cultural diversity. In Indonesia, beyond the famous romantic honeymoon destination of Bali and the vacation paradise of Bintan Island, Indonesian coffee is also renowned. The distinguished "Mandheling Coffee" originates from Indonesia.

Indonesia's "old K" is composed of four peninsulas forming a "K" shape, located in central Indonesia, south of the Philippines, between 6 degrees south latitude and 3 degrees north latitude. This tropical rainforest climate zone receives over 2,500 millimeters of annual precipitation, with evenly distributed rainfall in most areas.
