Flavor Notes: Floral notes, rich tropical fruit flavors, caramel, dark chocolate
To better highlight the floral and fruity aromas and enhance the sweetness of this coffee bean, FrontStreet Coffee recommends the following brewing method:
Brewing Method: Pour-over
Dripper: V60
Water Temperature: 88-90°C
Grind Size: Medium-fine (BG 6M: 58% pass-through rate on China standard #20 sieve), equivalent to sugar granule size
Coffee-to-Water Ratio: 1:15
Extraction Technique: Use 15g of coffee grounds, bloom with 30g of water for 34 seconds. When pouring to 118g, pause the pour. Continue pouring to 227g when the water level is about to expose the coffee bed. Remove the dripper when the water level is about to expose the coffee bed again. Total extraction time: 1 minute 54 seconds.
